EU General Court upholds Intel's $1.4 billion fine

The European Union's General Court rejected Intel's appeal to overturn the fine levied upon the company for antitrust violations. Intel was found to be using anti-competitive measures against rival Advanced Micro Devices between 2002 and 2007.
